MeisterTask offers several pricing plans:

Basic Plan: Core task management features for single users. It's free and includes up to 3 projects, unlimited project members, customizable project boards, and up to 5 collaborative notes.

Pro Plan: Simple, collaborative task management for teams. It costs $13 per user per month and includes everything in the Basic plan plus external sharing, unlimited projects & notes, agenda, unlimited integrations, private projects, automations, and advanced search.

Business Plan: Extended collaboration features for teams. It costs $25 per user per month and includes everything in the Pro plan plus subtasks, timeline, roles and permissions, custom fields, security restrictions, priority email & phone support, and custom reports.

Enterprise Plan: For companies with specific requirements. It includes everything in the Business plan plus a tailored pricing offer, dedicated account manager, personalized onboarding assistance, and SAML Single Sign-On.
Please note that all prices are per user and excluding VAT.
Payment Method
MeisterTask accepts payments via card or PayPal. The payment method can be changed in the Billing section of Accounts.
Each Meister product is billed separately, allowing a unique payment method for each product owned.
To add or change a payment method, follow these steps:
- Click the user avatar in the top-right corner of the MeisterTask interface.
- Select Account from the drop-down menu.
- Click Billing on the left side of the accounts page.
- Click Add a payment method or click the pen icon next to an existing payment method to edit it.
- Choose whether to pay by card or via PayPal.
- Enter billing information and click Save.
Remember, the billing address can also be edited in the Billing section of the accounts page. The email address listed here will receive a copy of the invoice. Happy tasking!

How To Open A Meistertask Account?
To open an account on MeisterTask, follow these steps:
- Visit the MeisterTask website.
- Click on the 'Sign Up' button.
- You can choose to sign up using your Google account or with your email.
- If you choose to sign up with email, enter your email address and create a password.
- Click on the 'Sign Up' button to create your account.
After creating your account, you can start using MeisterTask's features. You can create your first project, invite team members, and get productive together. The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in to MeisterTask. From here, you can quickly access your projects, most urgent tasks, and notes. You can view and create projects, access your agenda, generate reports on your productivity, and more.
Remember, each project in MeisterTask is a virtual board where you can organize and visualize many tasks related to one specific objective, initiative, or larger goal. Tasks are the most basic building block of productivity in MeisterTask. You can move tasks from left to right on your project board to show progress. You can also assign tasks to your collaborators, add checklists to the tasks, change the task's due date, add attachments, labels, and more.
You can invite other users to your project to collaborate in real time, delegate responsibilities, track your colleagues' progress, and store your team's communication and documentation in one centralized place. Happy tasking!
Meistertask Return Policy?
MeisterTask has a refund policy in place. Here are the key points:

Consumers are entitled to full refunds under certain conditions:
- Right of revocation: The refund request is received within 14 days of the original purchase. This applies to an initial purchase, as well as for upgrades (only for the additional licenses).
- Auto-renewal and termination: Consumers can cancel the paid version at any time after the minimum usage period (initial term) has expired, with a notice period of one month. If the subscription is renewed for another year after the initial term and the subscription is canceled right after renewal, customers will receive a refund for 11 of the 12 months.

For Business users:
- No revocation right: Business customers do not have a right of revocation after initial purchase or upgrades.
- Auto-renewal: Business customers can be auto-renewed for additional terms after the initial term. There is no refund for renewals.
- Termination: The termination period according to Meister’s order forms is 30 days to the end of the current term. Customers can downgrade at the time of the next renewal if a termination notice was sent more than 30 days before the current term ends.
